Are you thinking about a career in pub management or are you already a pub manager?
We have a variety of managed houses across the South of England, and we are able to put you in contact with them, to discuss your career.
However, we specialise in tenancy agreements and have 160 tenanted pubs which you are able to run as your own business, with our support. You will be charged a rent and you will need to buy your drinks from us, but apart from this you are free to run your pub business in the way you believe is correct.
We won’t leave you on your own, we have an enhanced Year One Support package which your Area Manager, Area Surveyor, Marketing Team and trainers all spend time with you to help you develop your new business.
