Our Business Partnership Agreement has no rent reviews throughout a three year period, you are also able to renew your agreement after three years without a rent review. If you become Business Partner with Hall & Woodhouse you run the pub as your own business. We will support you with our enhanced support package whilst you run your business. We don’t just let a pub to you, as our partner you are entitled to many other advantages, as well as the skills and expertise within our team.
The advantages and key points of our Business Partnership Agreement include a full supply agreement with rewards, gaming machine profit, 67% share to our business partner and Hall and Woodhouse are responsible for all structural repairs.
