Our Business Partners at The Amberwood, Nina Bartlett and Richard Harris, are longstanding BPs with Hall & Woodhouse and added The Amberwood to their H&W portfolio in June 2022. The pub was already a well established and successful business, and Nina and Richard have continued to take it from strength to strength.
The Scheme
The investment scheme has given the pub a smart, contemporary feel whilst retaining the comfortable and traditional ambience that the regular guests love. A refreshed entrance to the pub leads into a stunning, light and airy bar area which is spacious and inviting. A beautiful double-sided fireplace with woodburner is a characterful focal point, with comfortable chairs for a cosy feel during the colder months.
There is plenty of space for larger tables of guests, and a new-look family area, for social gatherings, events, and enjoying precious time with family and friends. For those who wish for more secluded dining, there are smaller, more enclosed tables with plush velvet seats, leading into a smart and open dining area, with double doors leading out onto the lovely outdoor terrace.
