Our Business Partners Support Website is our one-stop-shop for pub support. The site contains a variety of useful documents and tools to implement in your business, including marketing advice, training templates and drink pricing. This site is not just for our Business Partners, but can also be used by your managers and teams.
When you have been placed in your chosen pub, you will be given a complementary marketing budget. Your Business Development Partner will work with you to decide how this should be spent.
It is then advised that you arrange a phone call or a meeting with the marketing team in the first instance to discuss your marketing plan and budget. The marketing team will not create a plan on your behalf, but they can advise you on appropriate platforms, materials, events and merchandise that may be useful.
After your first four months in your pub we will arrange for a mystery guest to visit your business. We will then feedback the findings to help you further exploit your strengths and address any weaknesses.
We understand how crucial key dates are to maximising profit throughout the year, that’s why we work directly with our Business Development Partners and suppliers to nominate pubs for bespoke key date POS kits such as Father’s Day, Christmas and Rugby Six Nations.
Our marketing team host a variety of events for our Business Partners to attend each year, including an Annual Awards Dinner and Awards Winners Trip to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our Business Partners.
